Press the soft dome and it gradually returns to shape, creating a quiet, repeatable motion for desk breaks or wind-down time. Update: bought this back in winter and it's lived in my bag ever since. I'm a nail-biter trying to quit and having something to squish when I'd normally pick at my nails has genuinely helped on long days.
