Where we ship

Ships only to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Shipping rates

• Standard tracked shipping is $4.95 below $35.00.
• Standard shipping is free at $35.00 or more, based on your subtotal before discounts.
• Express shipping is $9.95. You can choose it at checkout.

All prices are in USD. No added tax at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

• We pack and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.
• Every order is tracked. Once it’s on its way, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.
• Typical US delivery takes a few business days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Tracking will give you the clearest estimate.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.

If something goes sideways

Packages occasionally take a scenic route. If your tracking hasn’t moved in a while, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we’ll help sort it out. We’d rather you reach out early than worry quietly.

We don’t believe in pressure or panic shipping. We just want your toy to arrive safely, and for you to know where it is the whole way home.
