Privacy

Short version: we collect only what we need to run the shop, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t do creepy tracking.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, shipping address, email, and what you bought. We need these to send you your toy and keep you updated.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe processes your card details securely; we never see or store your full card number on our servers.
• Ad measurement (Google): when we advertise on Google, a Google Ads tag on the shop tells Google that an ad click became a visit and, sometimes, an order, so we can tell which ads are worth paying for. It sets a cookie in your browser to do that, and Google may use it to show you our ads again elsewhere. We never send it your name, your email, or what you bought. It does not run at all for browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. In the UK, the EU and the wider EEA it sets no advertising cookie and reads nothing from your browser, because we run no cookie banner and will not assume consent we haven’t asked for. You can also switch ad personalisation off for every site at myadcenter.google.com.
• Site measurement (our own): we measure how the shop is used with Weathervane, a tool we run on our own servers that loads from this site’s own domain. It records which pages are viewed, how long they stay on screen, how far they are scrolled, where a visit began (a search engine, a link, one of our emails), and whether a visit added something to the cart or checked out. It uses no cookies and no third-party service, never stores your IP address, and cannot recognise you from one day to the next. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not measured at all.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
• We don’t run any ad tracker beyond the single Google Ads tag above, and nothing on the shop sells or shares who you are.
• We don’t email you unless you’ve asked us to, or it’s about your order.

How we use your information

To process and ship your orders, answer your messages, handle returns, and keep the site running and secure. That’s it.

Who we share it with

Only the partners we genuinely need to fulfill your order, for example, Stripe for payments and our shipping carrier for delivery. They handle your information to do their part of the job, nothing more. Google receives the ad measurement described above, which is about clicks and pages rather than about you.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where we’re able. Email us and we’ll help. If you’ve opted into emails, every one has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to make the site and checkout work (Stripe sets its own during payment) and the Google advertising cookie described above. Our own site measurement uses no cookies at all. Send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control and neither the measurement nor the Google tag runs.
