Calm Orb Water-Bead Squeeze Ball
Full-hand squeeze release and redirecting restless habits
Squeeze & Stress Balls
A soft, flour-filled squeeze ball you can mold, dent and squish into any shape: slow, quiet and endlessly satisfying for tense hands.
Where a normal stress ball springs straight back, this one keeps the shape you give it for a moment: a soft, flour-filled squish you can dent with a thumb, squeeze into a lump, and smooth out again. That slow, moldable give is deeply satisfying for tense hands, and the unhurried way it settles makes it a quieter, more grounding kind of squeeze than a bouncy ball. It's a favourite for stress squeezing, gentle hand-strength work, and giving restless fingers a better thing to do than pick or bite. Soft, silent and easy to use one-handed under a desk, it's the no-fuss reset your hands keep reaching for. Honest note: it's a moldable fill, so don't pierce the skin and keep it away from anything sharp.
Soft TPR skin around a non-toxic flour-style fill. BPA- and phthalate-free, EN71 tested.
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not pierce the skin. Keep away from sharp objects, pets and small children.

so worth it
got the Coral and it’s even prettier in person. No notes, love it.
the slow give is everything
Wasn't expecting much from a nine-dollar squeeze ball but this earned its spot in my bag. I'm in therapy for generalized anxiety and my therapist is fine with fidgets in session, so I bring it along. The fact that it molds and stays instead of snapping back is the whole appeal for me — that slow, deliberate squish gives my hands something steady to do while my head is loud. Got the Sage, very soft skin, completely silent. It's become my default reach instead of doomscrolling.
great little fidget
no notes, love it. Helps me focus on calls.
lovely little thing
My little brother asked me to order them their own. That says it all.
my new favorite
couldn’t be happier. Gives my nervous energy somewhere to go.
smaller than the pictures suggest
Solid squeeze and the slow mold is great for my arthritic grip — the OT at my clinic had recommended something I could work gently. Only real gripe is the size. At about 6 and a half cm it's smaller than I expected; I have big hands and wanted a bit more to grab. For a smaller hand it'd be perfect. Quiet and well made otherwise, no complaints on the build.
really good, one small thing
Really like this dough ball — it keeps my hands busy so I can actually listen. Only thing, the plain look isn’t exciting. Still using it daily.
love it
On flights this is exactly what my hands needed. Worth it.
my new favorite
Keep one at school and another in class. Couldn’t be happier.

so worth it
Use it during lectures every day. Exactly what I hoped for.
great little fidget
Bought one, already ordered another. It genuinely calms me down.
calming for a fraction of the cost
Under a tenner and it does more for my stress than gadgets I've paid triple for. I keep it on the nightstand and give it a slow squeeze when I can't switch off. The way it holds whatever shape I leave it in is oddly satisfying — I'll mold a little dent with my thumb and just sit with it.
exactly as described
No notes, love it. Stopped me reaching for my phone.
great with a tiny caveat
Really like this moldable dough — it helps me feel a bit calmer. Only thing, it lost a bit of its shape over time. Still using it daily.
so soft
Stopped me reaching for my phone. Silent too, which is the main thing for me.
really good, one small thing
Really like this dough ball — it helps me sit still in meetings. Only thing, firmer than I expected. Still using it daily.
swapped my nail-biting for this
I'm a chronic skin-picker when I'm anxious and I needed a better thing for my fingers to do. This actually works for me — the moldable give keeps both hands busy and the quiet means I can use it in the car or at my desk without anyone noticing. Bought the Slate. It fits my palm and disappears into a jacket pocket. Genuinely glad I tried it.
love it
Keeps my hands busy on the couch without anyone noticing. Love it.
loved it at first, firmed up on me
First few weeks this was great — soft, moldable, quiet, did exactly what I wanted while my hands get tense at the keyboard. The honest letdown is that mine has gotten noticeably firmer over a couple of months. It doesn't dent and hold the way it did when it was new; takes more effort and springs partway back now. Could be I left it near a sunny window, I'm not sure. Still use it because the silent squeeze is nice, but it's not the same buttery mold it started as, so middle of the road from me.
better than expected
Got the Sage and it’s even prettier in person. Exactly what I hoped for.
11pm, brain going a hundred miles an hour
That's when I reach for it. The slow squish gives my racing thoughts something to follow until I settle. Not a cure for anything, just one thing in my wind-down that actually helps me put the phone down. Coral color is prettier than the photo.
exactly as described
Gave it to my daughter and it was a hit. Might order one for myself.
exactly as described
Keeps my hands busy on the train without anyone noticing. Love it.
so soft
use it during lectures every day. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
good, just know what you're getting
Heads up for anyone expecting a classic stress ball — this is NOT springy. I ordered it half thinking it'd bounce back and the first squeeze threw me off because it just stayed squished. Took me a day to get it. Once I stopped expecting bounce, I really like it. The molding give is genuinely soothing at my desk and it makes zero noise on calls. Knocking a star only because the listing could be clearer that it stays molded; that's a love-it-or-leave-it thing.
so worth it
bought one, already ordered another. It is so satisfying to squish.
got it for my mom
My mother is 81 and her hands ache in the mornings, plus she gets anxious waiting on doctor calls. The Sage one lives by her recliner now. She likes that it stays however she leaves it instead of popping back — says the bouncy kind always startled her. Easy for her to mold even on a stiff day.
wanted to love it
Wanted to love it but the plain look isn’t exciting. The idea is good and it looked great, just didn’t hold up the way I hoped.
not quite for me
Wanted to love it but smaller than I pictured. The idea is good and it looked great, just didn’t hold up the way I hoped.
calm in the palm
quiet, calming, perfect for before bed. Exactly what I hoped for.
love it
Better made than the cheap ones online — this one actually lasts.
love it
Keeps my hands busy on long calls without anyone noticing. Love it.

My partner is obsessed with this moldable dough — hasn’t put it down.

My students asked me to order them their own. That says it all.
finally one that doesn't fight back
Most squeeze balls shove right back at you and that always made my hands more wound up, not less. This one just takes the dent and waits there until I smooth it out. I keep mine (the Slate) in my cardigan pocket and work it under the table during long meetings. Slow and quiet, exactly what tense hands want.
the molding is the whole point
Bought this after a wrist strain when my PT told me to do gentle squeezes through the day. The flour-style fill is firm enough to work the grip but soft enough that I'm not gritting my teeth. What sold me is it holds the shape — I'll squash it flat and then slowly press it back round, and that slow part is weirdly calming. It's smaller than I pictured from the photos, more like a plum than a baseball, but for one-handed use that's actually ideal. Two months in and the give hasn't changed.

5 questions answered by our team and buyers
Ask a questionIs the Mold & actually quiet enough to use in a classroom?
Completely silent, yes. No clicks, no pops, nothing for anyone to notice. It's one of the toys we specifically recommend for meetings, classrooms and quiet offices.
How big is it really? It's hard to judge the scale from photos.
It's about Approx. 6.5 cm. It sits comfortably in an adult palm and tucks into a bag or pocket easily. The full dimensions are in the details table on this page.
Does this genuinely help with ADHD focus, or is it just a toy?
Honest answer: it helps a lot of people, and we won't pretend it's magic. Having something to mold with your hands can take the edge off restlessness, stress or the urge to fidget, and many of our customers find that genuinely steadying. It is a supportive tool though, not a treatment or a cure. If you're navigating a diagnosis, a professional is the right person to guide that.
Works for me as one thing in my toolkit. I keep it on my desk and reach for it without thinking.
Does it hold up over time, or does the slow, moldable wear out?
Made from soft tpr skin around a non-toxic flour-style fill, it's built for daily handling, and plenty of customers have used theirs every day for well over a year. A quick wipe now and then keeps it at its best.
What is it made of? I'm checking for allergies.
Soft TPR skin around a non-toxic flour-style fill. There's no latex. The full materials note is on this page, and if you have a specific sensitivity just email us before you order and we'll confirm.
