Hush Pop Push-Pop Sensory Board
Endless press-and-flip calm for anxious or restless hands
Pocket & EDC Fidgets
A glittery marble trapped in a stretchy mesh tube that you push, roll, and squeeze. Weirdly addictive, totally silent.
The Roll & Squeeze is the fidget that quietly takes over your hands. It's a smooth glitter marble sealed inside a woven mesh tube, and the whole game is pushing the marble out one end so it bulges against the mesh, then squeezing it back the other way, over and over. That simple, repetitive push-and-roll motion is exactly the kind of low-effort, high-satisfaction fidget that occupies busy hands and settles a wandering mind, making it a go-to for focus, anxiety, and breaking restless habits. The glitter marble catches the light as it rolls, adding a soft visual element, while the mesh gives a pleasant textured resistance under your fingers. It's slim, silent, and pocketable: ideal for meetings, lectures, reading, or any time you need to fidget without making a sound or a scene. Tough, washable, and endlessly repeatable, this little marble-in-a-tube is small enough to forget you're carrying and satisfying enough that you won't want to.
Smooth glitter marble (glass or acrylic) sealed inside a stretchy woven nylon mesh tube. Non-toxic, BPA- and phthalate-free.
Rinse under cool water and air dry fully. Avoid sharp objects that could snag the mesh. If the marble feels stuck, gently work it back and forth, but do not cut the mesh. Store flat in a pocket or pouch.

pocket fidget that actually stays in the pocket
Light enough that I forget it's in my jeans until my hand finds it, and then I'm rolling the marble back and forth for ten minutes without realizing. It's become my default thing to do with restless hands instead of biting my nails. Silent, no batteries, washed it once under the tap when it got pocket-grimy and it was good as new. Simple little thing but it earns its spot.
hooked
So soft and the roll the marble is genuinely satisfying. No notes, love it.
love it
my son is obsessed with this mesh fidget — hasn’t put it down.

better than expected

buy it
My restlessness is easier to sit with when this is in my hand.
great with a tiny caveat
Really like this marble fidget — it helps me sit still in meetings. Only thing, it’s simpler than I expected. Still using it daily.
good, but mind the mesh if you hand it to kids
Got the Rainbow Glitter for my nine-year-old who's a constant fidgeter, and it's been brilliant for keeping her hands busy at the dinner table without any noise. Knocking it to four stars for one reason: she's rough with it, and after a few weeks the mesh has a tiny snag near one end. It hasn't torn through, but the marble is glass-ish and if that weave actually opened up I'd worry about it popping out and rolling off somewhere — small parts and a curious kid. Keep an eye on the mesh and you're grand.
so worth it
My roommate asked me to order them their own. That says it all.
so soft
At my desk this is exactly what my hands needed. Worth it.
calm in the palm
Gave it to my roommate and it was a hit. Might order one for myself.
fine but I got bored of it
It does what it says — marble rolls through a mesh tube, it's silent, it's cheap, the build is okay. My problem is there's just not much going on here. After the first week the novelty wore off and I found my hands reaching for my clicky cube again because I want a bit more feedback. If you specifically want a simple repetitive roll and nothing more, you'll be happy. I apparently need more happening to stay engaged. Not bad, just not for me.
great little fidget
A few weeks in and it’s still going strong. Worth it.
bought a handful for my calm corner
I teach fourth grade and picked up a few of these for our classroom calm corner. They're a hit — silent, which is the dealbreaker for me because the clicky toys drive everyone up the wall, and the kids like watching the glitter marble roll through. At under ten dollars each I could actually afford a small set. They've held up to about three months of curious eight-year-olds, which is honestly a tougher test than any adult will give them. I'll note the mesh on the most-used one is starting to look a little tired, but for the price I'd just replace it.
so soft
didn’t think a mesh fidget would do much, but it feels amazing in the hand.
great little fidget
didn’t think a mesh fidget would do much, but it helps me focus on calls.
great little fidget
Keeps my hands busy at my desk without anyone noticing. Love it.
so worth it
Didn’t think a mesh fidget would do much, but it gives my nervous energy somewhere to go.
swapped my phone for this in the waiting room
11pm scrolling habit, anxious hands, the usual. I started bringing this to my therapist's waiting room instead of doomscrolling and it genuinely takes the edge off the wait. quiet, slim, fits in my smallest pocket. nothing flashy but thats kind of the point.
better than expected
On the couch this is exactly what my hands needed. Exactly what I hoped for.
love it
Got the Galaxy Glitter and it’s even prettier in person. Couldn’t be happier.
great little fidget, watch the mesh over time
Carried this in my pocket every day for a couple of months and honestly love the motion — push, bulge, squeeze back, repeat, it's oddly satisfying and I do it without thinking while reading. One fair warning: with daily heavy use the woven mesh near one end has started to fuzz up a bit. It still works fine and the marble's going nowhere yet, but I can see it fraying eventually if you really hammer it. For the price I'm not too fussed, just don't expect it to be indestructible.
love it
Better made than the cheap ones online — this one actually lasts.
silent enough for a lecture hall
I needed something I could use during exams and lectures without the side-eye, and this is it. Completely silent, slips in a jacket pocket, and the repetitive roll keeps my hands busy so I stop bouncing my leg. The mesh has a nice grippy texture too — more interesting than a plain stress ball. Ocean Glitter is prettier in person than the photo.
calm in the palm
Keeps my hands busy so I can actually listen. Silent too, which is the main thing for me.
exactly as described
Keeps my hands busy in the car without anyone noticing. Love it.
great little fidget
Honestly didn’t expect much for the price and it stopped me reaching for my phone.
my new favorite
So soft and the roll the marble is genuinely satisfying. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
the under-the-desk fidget I actually keep on me
Bought this after my squishy ball kept disappearing into the office void. The whole push-the-marble-out-one-end, squeeze-it-back thing is exactly the kind of mindless motion my ADHD brain wants during long meetings. Nobody can hear it, nobody can see it under the desk, and I'm not clicking a pen into oblivion anymore. Got the Galaxy Glitter and the marble actually catches the light a little when you roll it toward a window. For ten bucks it's done more for my meeting focus than half the stuff on my desk.
lovely little thing
My wife is obsessed with this marble fidget — hasn’t put it down.

5 questions answered by our team and buyers
Ask a questionIs the Roll & actually quiet enough to use in a quiet office?
Completely silent, yes. No clicks, no pops, nothing for anyone to notice. It's one of the toys we specifically recommend for meetings, classrooms and quiet offices.
Does this genuinely help with ADHD focus, or is it just a toy?
Honest answer: it helps a lot of people, and we won't pretend it's magic. Having something to roll with your hands can take the edge off restlessness, stress or the urge to fidget, and many of our customers find that genuinely steadying. It is a supportive tool though, not a treatment or a cure. If you're navigating a diagnosis, a professional is the right person to guide that.
Not a cure obviously, but it's become part of how I get through tense afternoons. Worth a try.
How fast is shipping?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days with tracking, and US orders over $35 ship free. You'll get a tracking email the moment it's on the way.
How big is it really? It's hard to judge the scale from photos.
It's about Approx. 9 cm long. It sits comfortably in an adult palm and tucks into a bag or pocket easily. The full dimensions are in the details table on this page.
Does it hold up over time, or does the roll-through wear out?
Made from smooth glitter marble (glass or acrylic) sealed inside a stretchy woven nylon mesh tube, it's built for daily handling, and plenty of customers have used theirs every day for well over a year. A quick wipe now and then keeps it at its best.
