Started off great. The flip motion is satisfying and it really is near-silent at first, which is what sold me for open-plan office use. After about two months though a couple of the links stiffened up and the smooth glide turned a bit catchy — I gave it the soap-and-water wipe the card suggests and it helped some but it never went fully back to that buttery first-week roll. Its noise level is near-silent, so it's discreet in most rooms but you would just about hear it in total silence. If you need truly silent, our slow-rise squishies or the worry stone are a better match.
