Calm Orb Water-Bead Squeeze Ball
Full-hand squeeze release and redirecting restless habits
Squeeze & Stress Balls
A cluster of soft, water-bead bubbles that pop between your fingers and reset: the most satisfying squeeze on your desk.
Bubble Grapes turns the simple joy of squeezing into a full-hand ritual. It's a soft mesh pouch packed with plump, water-filled bubbles that look like a little bunch of grapes, and when you squeeze, the bubbles squish and migrate between your fingers before settling back into their cluster. That tactile bulge-and-return is exactly the kind of repetitive, full-hand input that calms nervous energy and gives anxious hands a focused job to do. It's a fantastic tool for stress squeezing, sensory regulation, and redirecting fidgety habits, and the squishy bubbles offer gentle resistance that's soothing rather than strenuous. The translucent beads catch the light as they shift, adding a calming visual to the squeeze. Soft, quiet, and easy to use one-handed, Bubble Grapes lives happily on a desk, in a backpack, or in a calm-down kit. Keep one within reach for the next tense call or traffic jam. Your hands will thank you, and your head will settle right along with them.
Soft TPR bubble cluster filled with non-toxic water-absorbent gel beads, held in a stretchy nylon mesh. BPA- and phthalate-free.
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not puncture the bubbles; the gel beads are not edible. Keep away from sharp objects, pets, and small children. If the surface ever gets sticky, a quick rinse and dry restores it.

disappointed
disappointed. Smaller than I expected, and for me that’s the whole point of the squeeze ball. Yours might be fine, mine wasn’t.
update after a couple of months
First few weeks I thought it was just a fun squishy. Now it's part of how I get through the workday with ADHD — I reach for it instead of picking at my nails or grabbing my phone, which is honestly the win I didn't know I needed. The migrating-bubble thing never stops being satisfying. Update after about ten weeks: still going strong, surface stays grippy if you give it the odd rinse. Tiny gripe is mine's a touch smaller than the photos suggested, but it fits the palm so I've made peace with it.
my 9yo claimed it before I got a turn
Meant this for my own desk. It is now my daughter's. She's a sensory seeker and the bumpy grape texture is apparently the best thing in the house — she runs her thumb over the beads constantly. It's held up to a kid who squeezes the life out of everything, which I did not expect at this price. Silent enough that I let her keep it at the dinner table.
calm in the palm
Didn’t think a stress ball would do much, but it scratches the sensory itch just right.
good while it lasted, kid bit through it
Mixed feelings. The texture is genuinely great and my son loved the bead-cluster feel — really calming for him to squish during homework, and it's blessedly silent. Problem is he's a biter, and within a couple of weeks the mesh skin split where he'd been gnawing and a bead worked loose. To be fair the listing is clear it's a squeeze toy and not for chewing, so partly on us, but if you've got a kid who mouths everything go in knowing the skin can give. Might try it again when he's past the biting stage because the squeeze itself really did help him settle.
hooked
didn’t think a stress ball would do much, but it stopped me reaching for my phone.
good, minor niggle
Really like this squeeze ball — it helps me sit still in meetings. Only thing, it got a little sticky over time. Still using it daily.
great little fidget
keeps my hands busy at school without anyone noticing. Love it.
my hands finally have a job during meetings
bought this mostly because the texture looked weird in a good way and yeah, the lumpy bead feel is exactly my thing. squish it flat, watch the bubbles run, let it come back. didnt expect it to be this quiet honestly. it just sits there absorbing my nervous energy while i pretend to pay attention on zoom.
does the job
Keep one on the couch and another at work. Better than I expected.
better than expected
Bought one, already ordered another. It stopped me reaching for my phone.
great with a tiny caveat
really like this stress ball — it settles my hands when I’m anxious. Only thing, it got a little sticky over time. Still using it daily.
smaller than I pictured but does the job
Wasn't expecting it to be quite this little — about 7cm, so it's a one-hand toy, not the big stress ball I had in my head. Once I adjusted my expectations it's good: quiet, squishy, the beads shuffle around nicely and it's calming to work in one hand on the train. If you want something to really crush with your whole fist you might want bigger. For pocket-and-commute use it's solid.
happy overall
Really like this stress ball — it stopped me reaching for my phone. Only thing, it got a little sticky over time. Still using it daily.
so soft
A coworker asked me to order them their own. That says it all.
better than expected
honestly didn’t expect much for the price and it genuinely calms me down.
love it
My daughter asked me to order them their own. That says it all.
great for hand strength on the cheap
Physical therapist had me doing grip work after a wrist injury and the foam balls they sell are boring as bricks. This one I actually want to squeeze because the beads move around and there's a payoff every time. Gentle resistance, nothing strenuous, but enough that my hand gets a workout over a long day. Bonus that it doubles as a stress thing when work gets loud.
hooked
gave it to my mum and it was a hit. Might order one for myself.
happy overall
really like this stress ball — it keeps my hands busy so I can actually listen. Only thing, smaller than I expected. Still using it daily.
really good, one small thing
Really like this stress ball — it genuinely calms me down. Only thing, the skin split and leaked the beads after a hard squeeze. Still using it daily.
buy it
Got the Clear Bubble and it’s even prettier in person. Couldn’t be happier.
perfect for the calm-down kit
I'm an OT and I keep a few different fidgets in my session bag — this one earns its spot. The full-hand squeeze gives a lot of proprioceptive input without any noise, so it works for the kids who need to press and squish but can't have anything that clicks or pops loudly. The bead cluster shifting around also gives them something to watch, which buys me a few extra calm seconds. Just a heads up to parents: it's a press-and-squeeze toy, not a chew toy, and the kids who bite everything will eventually find the limit of it.
my new favorite
My husband asked me to order them their own. That says it all.
decent for the price
the stress ball is genuinely nice, but the skin split and leaked the beads after a hard squeeze. It’s fine, just landed in the middle for me.
lovely texture, gets a little tacky over time
The squeeze itself is genuinely soothing — soft beads, gentle push-back, and that satisfying spread between your fingers. Knocking a star because after a few weeks the surface started feeling slightly sticky to the touch. The care card does say a quick rinse and dry fixes it, and it mostly does, but I have to remember to do it. Still reach for it every day at my desk.
love it
Honestly didn’t expect much for the price and it helps me sit still in meetings.
the bubbles migrating between my fingers is the whole point
Squeeze it and the little water beads bulge out and slide between your fingers before they settle back into the cluster — that push-and-return is what I keep coming back to. I'm on back-to-back calls most of the day and my free hand just works this thing the whole time. Silent too, which matters when my mic's hot. Got the Grape Purple and it does catch the light when the beads shift, kind of mesmerizing. Best ten bucks I've spent for my desk in a while.
so worth it
So soft and the squeeze and release is genuinely satisfying. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

5 questions answered by our team and buyers
Ask a questionDoes this genuinely help with ADHD focus, or is it just a toy?
Honest answer: it helps a lot of people, and we won't pretend it's magic. Having something to squeeze with your hands can take the edge off restlessness, stress or the urge to fidget, and many of our customers find that genuinely steadying. It is a supportive tool though, not a treatment or a cure. If you're navigating a diagnosis, a professional is the right person to guide that.
Helps me more than I expected. mostly it just gives my hands a better job than picking at my nails.
Is the Bubble Grapes actually quiet enough to use in a quiet office?
Completely silent, yes. No clicks, no pops, nothing for anyone to notice. It's one of the toys we specifically recommend for meetings, classrooms and quiet offices.
How big is it really? It's hard to judge the scale from photos.
It's about Approx. 7 cm cluster. It sits comfortably in an adult palm and tucks into a bag or pocket easily. The full dimensions are in the details table on this page.
Would this make a good gift?
It's one of our most-gifted toys. If you're not certain they'll bond with this exact one, the Calm Starter Bundle lets them find their own favourite, and everything arrives ready to give.
Is this safe for kids? Wondering about my 8 year old.
Age guidance is 8+. It has small parts, so it isn't suitable for under-3s and we'd supervise younger children. That guidance is printed on the pack and listed in the details here.
